Thea Abrahamson
Intimacy Coordinator for Film & Television
Toronto
Thea Abrahamson brings creative instinct, clear communication, and a deep respect for human connection to her work as an intimacy coordinator. She holds a BA in Sociology from Queen’s University, which informs her understanding of people, power dynamics, and the importance of creating spaces where performers feel seen, heard, and supported.
Before training as an intimacy coordinator, Thea spent over 10 years in television programming, acquisitions, and distribution. That experience gave her a strong understanding of production workflows, creative collaboration, and how to support both performers and the broader filmmaking process.
Based in Toronto, Thea approaches every project with warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and trust on set. She is available to travel for projects.
